Outr
Outbound that is actually researched, for founders selling their own product. It finds the right companies, finds a real reason to write to each one, and drafts the email. You approve every send.
The problem
Good outreach takes hours nobody has
Researching a company enough to write something specific takes real time. Writing something that does not sound like the other two hundred emails in the same inbox takes longer. Founders either do it badly or do not do it at all, and both outcomes look the same from the recipient's side.
The obvious automation makes it worse. Volume tools solved the sending problem and made the reading problem everyone else's. The interesting constraint is doing the research well while keeping a person in control of what actually goes out.
Architecture
Research first, approval last
Compiled from the public Outr site. The pipeline reflects the product as described there rather than its internal implementation. Worth extending with the real data sources, model choices, and scoring before treating it as a technical reference.
