Outr

Outbound that is actually researched, for founders selling their own product. It finds the right companies, finds a real reason to write to each one, and drafts the email. You approve every send.

Good outreach takes hours nobody has

Researching a company enough to write something specific takes real time. Writing something that does not sound like the other two hundred emails in the same inbox takes longer. Founders either do it badly or do not do it at all, and both outcomes look the same from the recipient's side.

The obvious automation makes it worse. Volume tools solved the sending problem and made the reading problem everyone else's. The interesting constraint is doing the research well while keeping a person in control of what actually goes out.

Research first, approval last

Outr pipeline A product profile defines the ideal customer. A matching step finds candidate companies. Each is researched for recent evidence such as hiring pushes, funding rounds, and launches. A drafting step writes a short email grounded in that evidence. The founder reviews each draft next to the evidence behind it, and only an approved draft is sent. Product profile who you sell to Match companies fitting the ICP Research hiring pushes funding rounds launches recent and real Draft short, specific, grounded in evidence You review the draft beside its evidence nothing sends without approval the evidence travels with the draft
The dashed line is the point. The evidence that justified an email is shown next to the email, so approving is a judgement rather than a rubber stamp.

Compiled from the public Outr site. The pipeline reflects the product as described there rather than its internal implementation. Worth extending with the real data sources, model choices, and scoring before treating it as a technical reference.
